Custom Cakes

Thank you for your interest in a custom cake from Chef Susan Bae, winner of North America's Best Pastry Chef 2025 and a 2026 James Beard Finalist.

We’re excited to be part of your celebration! Please complete our request form and we’ll follow up within 48 hours to confirm availability and provide a quote.

Before you get started:

  • Pricing starts at $250 per cake, plus an additional service fee and tax. Final cost depends on size, flavor, filling, layers, floral work, and overall design.

  • We love bringing creative ideas to life. If you have a vision in mind, we strongly recommend including reference photos or links.

  • We do not use fondant. All cakes are decorated with buttercream, chocolate ganache, or whipped cream.

  • Floral additions start at $75. You're also welcome to provide your own flowers, which must be dropped off at least 24 hours before pickup. Floral application fees apply.

  • Custom orders must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. A rush fee applies to any accepted last-minute requests.

  • A deposit is required to confirm your order and cannot hold dates without it.
